Ghost Grrrl's Commission T.O.S.
Thank you for showing interest in my commisions! These are important things to consider BEFORE submitting a commission request. Thanks :)

Art generally will be completed within the span of one week.

Payment and Refunds
- I will only accept payment via PayPal for commssions
- A deposit of half the total price will be paid by commissioner via PayPal before any work begins.
- If I need to cancel a commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- If a refund is requested by the commisioner before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If a refund is requested by the commisioner after any work begins, deposit will not be refunded.
- Any major changes to original commission may be subject to changes in price (extra characters, bg, style changes, etc)
- Once commission is complete, commissioner will receive a watermarked, low res version of the artwork. I will only send the high res, un-watermarked version after the rest of the payment is received.
Changes and Correspondence
- Correspondance between me and commissioner will be through Email or Instagram only. (instagram is better for quick responses)
- After deposit is received, preliminary sketches will be sent and commissioner may make any major/minor changes. (composition, pose, design elements, etc.)
- Adding/removing characters, changes in commission type, etc will be subject to price changes.
- After deposit and sketches, commissioner will receive a time estimate depending on artwork complexity and my schedule. - Commissioner will be notified of any changes to this estimate.
- After these decisions are made, any major changes will not be possible. Small edits may be requested subject to the complexity, and level of artwork completion.
- Progress updates may be requested at any time.
Important Disclaimers
- I reserve the right to use my commissioned artwork for portfolio, advertising, social media posts, etc.
- Commissioner may use artwork for personal use only. (OC ref sheets, banners, pfp, etc)
- Posting commissioned artwork on social media is acceptable with credit to either of my instagram handles. @ghostgrl_art / @spacedout_ghostie
- Commercial use is open to negotiations.
- I will know that you read the whole TOS by putting the word: biome in the password portion of the commission google form. :)
- I will not accept any cryptocurrency. Nor am I interested in working with anything to do with blockchain/NFT inquiries.
